25.01.2022 Happy new year everyone and as it is the start of the new year we have decided to make some changes, as of Monday 11/01/2021 our takeaway part of the business will not be open on Mondays, after nearly 15 years of trading 7 days a week i personally cannot do it anymore, the constant struggle of getting staff and the countless public holidays where we are the only takeaway open has taken its toll. Our staff has changed days off or worked extra to cover the demand is not fair on them either, i am sorry it has come to this but it is what it is. The fresh fish side will remain open on Mondays from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. i am sorry for any inconvenience, but things have to change . Tina and Eddy

It is a kind of fast food inside a gas station, as often happens in AUS, but the fish they prepare is very good. We recommend, beyond the fried, also the spectacular Tasmanian grilled salmon. And I'm fussy. The batter was crisp and not too heavy ; the whiting was super fresh and the chips were perfect. The coleslaw which can so often be heavy with gluggy mayo was super fresh with a light mayonnaise that didn't dominate the salad. Well done guys - you had huge orders the night we turned up but your staff were cheerful and helpful. A great business! 17.01.2022 Hi every one firstly i must apologise to those who rang for an order tonight and couldn't get through, we are extremely short staffed, and it has been so busy. In saying that for the next 2 weeks if extremely busy at night we wont be doing burgers, only grilled fish. 16.01.2022 Hi What more can this year throw at us. for the next 2 weeks as our capacity in the shop has decreased we can only have 8 people in the shop at any one time so we will not be doing dine in meals for now, and hopefully it will be over in a couple of weeks.
