16.01.2022 To our valued clients, In light of the Covid-19 pandemic we would like to reassure you all that we are open and are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and patients during this trying time. As the situation develops, we will adapt accordingly and will endeavour to keep you updated with any changes as they are made. Changes so far include: Social distancing:... - To minimise waiting times and the number of clients in the clinic, we are strictly appointments only at this time - Only one client will be admitted to the clinic at once and while you are in the clinic we request that you maintain 1.5m between yourself and our staff. Our staff will in turn show the same courtesy to you. - Where possible, we would prefer only one person to accompany each animal. An exception to this may be euthanasia appointments. If this applies to you, please discuss it with our staff when making the appointment so we can plan appropriately - Please enter the clinic from the carpark. We have closed the front gates to prevent walk-through traffic Clinic Hygiene: - We have increased our already high standard of personal hygiene and clinic cleanliness. We also have plenty of hand sanitiser in the waiting room for our clients to make use of If you are at all unwell, please do not come to the clinic. Call us and we can discuss your situation. You're being unwell will not stop us from trying to help your pet but we need to do so in a way that does not endanger our staff or our other clients. Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions or concerns. We are here to help you and your pet and while there are some necessary changes taking place, our passion for animal welfare and our compassion for our clients and patients has not changed.

12.01.2022 With temperatures hitting 40+ over the next few days, please be sure to look after each other and your pets. If at all possible, keep your pets inside in the air-conditioning or check on them regularly throughout the day. Ensure they ALWAYS have access to shade and clean water. Do NOT attempt to exercise them in any way. Heat stroke affects animals as well as people so if you notice any signs of your pet being unwell, please contact the clinic for advice on 5447 0172

08.01.2022 The weather conditions are causing some issues with our phone lines. If you have an emergency and need to call the afterhours line, try 0409 396 035 if the usual number is not working. We apologise for any inconvenience

08.01.2022 Humans aren't the only ones in danger of over-eating during the festive season, but did you know which common Christmas-time treats are harmful, and potentially fatal, to our furry friends?

05.01.2022 Last night we lost a treasured staff member. RIP Jude We will miss you and your infectious laugh greatly. There are going to be some snazzy dogs in heaven Love from everyone here

04.01.2022 With the holiday season fast approaching, it's a good time to check that your pet is up to date with its annual vaccinations and other routine healthcare needs, especially if they will be going into a kennel or cattery. Routine appointments over the Christmas/ New Year period may be limited so if you think your pet may be due for a check up, it's best to try to get it done this week.

02.01.2022 In accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, we have made the decision to temporarily suspend our grooming services. We would also like to remind our lovely clients that visits are by appointment only for the safety of both staff and clients. Now enough serious talk, let's put a smile on people's faces and show us how your pet is "helping" you work from home. Below is Dr Bri's cat Piper to get the ball rolling
