I am pleased to present the new office bearers; Executive Committee... - President Brett St Pierre - Treasurer Lucy Sainsbury - Club Captain Brian Moss - Secretary Alex Croft - Committee Member David McGrath Non-Executive Roles - Vice President David Green - Vice-Captain (Race) Dan Paxton - Vice-Captain (Ride) David Green - Chief Commissaire Betty Bathersby - Cycling Qld Delegate Betty Bathersby - Clothing & Merchandising Manager Alex Croft - Ride Leader Coordinator David McGrath Unfilled Roles - Club Coach - Vice Secretary - Vice Treasurer While the unfilled roles are not a part of the Executive Committee, for the efficiency of the club we would prefer them to be filled and I encourage you to consider nominating for a role. I thank the outgoing President, Brad Thompson and the 2019 committee for leaving the club in a great position from which the new committee can build. On a personal note, I feel honoured to have been voted as President for Kangaroo Point CC. I am very proud of the history of this, Queensland's oldest cycling club, now approaching its 115th anniversary on 15 July. We are all charged with protecting that heritage and continuing to develop the club for the benefit of all members. Please read the email sent to members tonight as it includes important information. It is also available in the Newsletters on our TeamApp.

18.01.2022 On this day 115 years ago, Kangaroo Point Cycling Club was formed. Over the years we have been honoured to count state and national champions amongst our numbers. Titles come and go but what has always endured is a club built on smiles, sharing the open road with friends, local honours as well as green and gold bands. This week our members will come together to celebrate the history of Queensland’s oldest cycling club, and look forward to the next 115 years.

18.01.2022 A great weekend of racing put on by Balmoral Cycling Club at the Metropolitan Championships which included some great results and moments for KP members. Matthew Wynn picked up 8th in the Elite C criterium. Richard Beer snagged 9th in the Masters D road race. Aimee Schouppe took first place in Women’s D criterium and road race, winning the championship and is now leading the QCRS overall classification in that grade. ... Here’s Aimee pushing it up the QoM down in Kalbar courtesy of RCPix. Next up, it’s the upperlimb.com Cunningham Classic.
