Nandini Farm, Kangaroo Valley's Mrs Bread (Monique Maul) provided freshly baked Whole Grain Bread to dip into Kangaroo Valley Olives new season, unfiltered Rich and Robust extra virgin olive oil, and classic dukkah; and Sourdough Scrap Crackers to accompany Kangaroo Valley Olives mix of kalamata, corregiola and bella di cerignola olives in a natural brine, dressed with lemon rind, both lemon thyme and savoury thyme and fresh truffle dust, as well as Nick Gardner's (Hampden deli, dining & school) Stinging Nettle Salsa Verde (made with Stinging Nettles from incrEDiBLE and eggs from Kangaroo Valley Pastured Eggs).
