24.01.2022 These are just some of the incredible mums that make up Kangatraining Port Macquarie They are the heart and soul of why I do what I do! It’s been an incredibly unpredictable year, but this group of mums pulled together to make Kangatraining Port Macquarie stronger than I could have ever imagined ... Helping mums to workout safely throughout the postpartum period is something I am hugely passionate about, because I have experienced first hand the benefits of how Kangatraining helps the long term health and mental well-being of mums. Watching these mums become happier and healthier within themselves has been the best part of 2020! Today was a filled with dancing, fun, laughing, rocky road and caramel slice- ohhh the Chocolate goodness Bring on 2021 for more Kanga, laughs, friendship and dancing!

21.01.2022 Do you what I love most about Kanga? The mums (and their beautiful babies)! I love how much fun they have I love how much they push themselves ... I love that they love my daughter as much as me And I love listening to the mums collectively building each other up to feel strong & confident in their bodies. Kangatraining is a genuinely the most supportive environment and I’m so proud of these mumma’s embracing their beautiful mum bodies! We missed 2 of our VIP kangamumma’s today. We send them love and hope to see them at their next class

20.01.2022 TuesYAY! That’s how I feel on Tuesdays cause we unplug from the drama and dance mumma! I have experienced first hand the benefits of what movement (especially with your baby) in the postpartum period can make to a woman’s long term health and mental well-being. I love doing what I do cause I get to help these beautiful mumma’s.

15.01.2022 It’s NAIDOC week, A celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, culture and achievements. I have been so lucky to travel around Australia and now live in the beautiful Port Macquarie. We’d like to acknowledge the Birpai People as the traditional custodians of the land in which we work and live, and pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging. ... If you would like to see what is going on around the Port Macquarie area for National NAIDOCweek, please check out the post below.

13.01.2022 2020! What a year it has been - it’s been beyond big and challenging but we did it and now is the time to reflect and honour the highs and lows. There is so much work that I am incredibly proud of this year and I still can’t believe that I somehow magically launched Kangatraining!... Thank you to my Kanga-mums for starting/adapting to zoom and for being kind within our pivoting chaos especially when I was trying to navigate COVID and the new floor work. I’m so touched and grateful for my Kanga-mums who have trusted me to be their support and guidance in their Kanga journey, & for all the tears and laughs we have shared on this road together...but most importantly is the gorgeous and sweet babies that I have seen grow. Happy New Year people - can’t wait to connect with you in 2021 and see what it has in store for us! (I will be offline tomorrow and the 1st of jan but still responding to urgent messages) This is one of my favourite photos from this year.

08.01.2022 Parenthood doesn't come with a manual. It comes with parents supporting parents. We are better together. This Perinatal Mental Health Week we're encouraging ...Mums to donate the cost of their morning cuppa to help @COPE. An organisation we're proud to support so they can continue their important work supporting parents and health professionals. Every cup counts! To donate please head to our link, https://donorbox.org/shout-a-coffee-for-cope-3 #coffeeforcope Image @arynlindsey

06.01.2022 Friends made at Kanga can last a lifetime These 2 met at Kanga when miss G was 3 months and Miss H was 6 months, they have been friends ever since! Bonus- her mum is absolutely amazing and I love meeting up to watch our daughters play together

05.01.2022 Just beautiful

05.01.2022 Just look at these amazing mumma’s Today we did a new pop choreo to some Prince with a lot of 80’s style dancing (think body rolls and jazz hands ) and these mumma’s looked good doing it too! Might try some Bowie next time, what do you think?... We had a new mum join us with her absolutely gorgeous bubba After class some of the mums and I talked about how hectic and overwhelming life can feel and how postpartum life can bring all your insecurities to the surface. Kangatraining is a safe, understanding and supportive place to come. No one judges as we understand the desperate need to connect back into yourself. It’s ok mumma because at Kanga we got you!

02.01.2022 Merry Christmas! I just wanted to jump on and wish everyone a wonderful Christmas with your loved ones (as I will be offline tomorrow). I want to thank all of my kangamums for being a part of our wonderful Kanga community, for sticking with me and supporting me. ... Without them it all would not have be possible - so a huge shout out of gratitude to my amazing, fun and beautiful kangamums. I am the luckiest Kangatrainer to have each and every one of you walk into my class (term, casual or trial). Have a wonderful Christmas and thank you again for your amazing support! Sending lots of love to you and your family. Anna & Georgie Xx
