PM ME FOR THE PASSWORDS TO ZOOM SESSIONS You will need a baby carrier (PM ME A DAY OR SO BEFORE CLASS IF YOU NEED TO BORROW ONE )... You can use a yoga mat for added comfort if you want to but your lounge room floor should do just as well.
