23.01.2022 Hello to all you Lovely Mums and Mums to be. I’m so excited to introduce myself and officially announce that Kangatraining will be returning to Dalby shortly. So watch this space as more information and updates are posted in the next coming days. Toni P.s. Feel free to message me anytime

22.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 Kangatraining Australia has made the decision to Postpone our March instructor course. So what does this mean? I am not sure when the new dates will be decided, however I am hoping they will be suitable and I’ll still be able to attend this year. I am so sorry to all the mums that were getting very excited. The good news to come from this is there are two other programs I’m hoping to introduce and I may be able to train for them all in one go now so therefore when I can finally bring Kanga to Dalby, I’ll be able to bring so much more. I’ll keep you all posted. Thanks Guys Toni.

22.01.2022 Hello all. Thought I better do an update this evening. I have just checked in down at Brissy and tomorrow I have the first day of my Kangatraining Course, and in good fashion have left the pre work to the night before. I will post some updates throughout the week. So glad that we have finally been able to go ahead with the course (Gosh Covid). Wish me luck, it’s going to be a big week especially as I am now 33 weeks pregnant.

17.01.2022 Happy April ladies. I thought it was about time I should give a little update on where myself and Kangatraining Dalby is at. At this stage I’m hoping to start classes in the first week of June. My little Kanga Joey Sawyer will be six months by then and my maternity leave will have finished. Over the next few weeks I will release some details of where classes will be and what they will consist of. Also look out for some polls I will be posting to ask questions of past kanga mums and also some for the kanga mums to come. Can’t wait

17.01.2022 March is officially here - This is the month I head off to Melbourne for a week to become an instructor I cant wait to bring Kanga to Dalby and surrounds and I hope you all are getting excited. I will keep you all updated as to when exactly classes will be starting but for now feel free to invite your mum and mum to be friends to like this page and message me if you have any questions.

16.01.2022 Today was a very big physical day. Thought I might share a video of 33 week pregnant self trying to teach a track to these amazing mum’s today. Don’t you love it when the simple stuff is the hardest, I mean step and slide Toni STEP and SLIDE. I promise I will be better when I run my first class - well I hope.

16.01.2022 This is my son Dawson and his friend Indi. Indi’s mum and I met at Kanga 2 years ago and our kids are now best friends. Without Kanga we may never have met and our babies may not have become best friends. I love the environment that Kangatraining creates and the friendships not only between mums but also between the Joeys that Kanga plays a part in.

14.01.2022 Afternoon Mums and Mums to be. I have just found out I have passed all my exams YAY . So to start the ball rolling I need to work out how many sessions a week I need to run to ensure no one misses out. Help me help you by answering the question below. Thanks ladies Toni

14.01.2022 This is an amazing diagram that explains exactly what is involved in a standard Kanga class.

04.01.2022 Good Afternoon Lovely Ladies. I’d like to officially introduce myself my name is Toni and I currently only have one Kanga Joey and his name is Dawson, he is just two years old. I was first introduced to Kangatraining when Dawson was six weeks old when the lovely Louise used to run classes in Dalby. From doing Kangatraining I was able to exercise with my bubba, have fun, meet and form lasting friendships with other mums and most importantly leave the house. Kangatraining is ...such a fun way to be able to exercise with your baby and toddlers and just have fun. A little about me, I’m 23, I’m recently married to my husband Blake, we had our first child 2 years ago. I’ve lived in Dalby for 12 years and worked at ANZ for about 10 years. I love Dalby and I absolutely love being a mum but most of all being a supportive mum. So if you ever need someone to talk to I’m here. Continue to watch this space to learn more about what I’ll be bringing to Dalby and when. See more

03.01.2022 Sadly, I have made the tough decision of finishing up with Kanga :( So I won't be running anymore Kangatraining classes. This is due to other commitments. However, if anyone is interested in taking over and becoming a Kangatrainer please let me know! I would like to thank everyone for there support and friendships. It's been such a wonderful time in my life, a time I will never forget. Watch this space & we hope another Kangatrainer will come along :)

02.01.2022 Quick update - Still not sure exactly of when I will be able to do the course there has been dates set for June but whether this Coronavirus is all over by then not sure. If June can’t go ahead maybe looking at September/October however I am now due to be having a baby in early of November. Will keep you all posted.

01.01.2022 Found an old picture from when I did Kanga with Dawson 2 years ago. It’s honestly amazing how they just sleep the whole time
