For those we carried but never held,... Those we held but could not take home Those who came home, We remember the babies born sleeping Those we carried but never held Those we held but could not take home, Those who came home but could not stay. #PAIL #October15th #WaveofLight2019

11.01.2022 7 Days, 7 Photos The "Life of a Kangatrainer" edition Day 3... I've been tagged by a fellow trainer - each day I'll upload a photo from my journey as a Kangatrainer There are so many things I love about being a Kangatrainer. I love seeing mums empowering other mums to feel strong. I am not merely talking about physical strength, but the inner strength in mothers. That strength which is so often hiding behind the tiredness, the mundane and the frustrations. The strength that can so easily be squashed in face of judgement but can be so beautiful when it is allowed to shine

09.01.2022 7 Days, 7 Photos The "Life of a Kangatrainer" edition Day 1.... I've been tagged by a fellow trainer - each day I'll upload a photo from my journey as a Kangatrainer and tag a fellow trainer to join the fun! Thank you Kangatraining Narellan and Surrounds for the tag :) This photo was taken at the Kangatraining Instructors Course back in 2017. I cant believe that was over 3 years ago! I still remember how anxious I felt embarking on this completely new journey as a Kangatrainer and not knowing whether I was going to get any one in my classes when I start them Tagging Kangatraining Balmain & Surrounds to join in the fun :)

09.01.2022 Hi mums, To be honest, I have really procrastinated to write this post. Here is the photo of our last class! ... This as you know was the last class at Rhodes until sometime time next year , until after the new baby arrives yay! I have enjoyed being the Kangatrainer at Rhodes for the last 2.5 years. I have thoroughly enjoyed the fun and laughter I have had during every class. But most of all, I have enjoyed getting to know all the mums who have supported me in both Rhodes and Five Dock/Abbotsford. Many of you have kept in touch and have become my friends long after classes have finished. I look forward to running Kanga classes at Rhodes next year In the mean time, please dont let this stop you from continuing the kanga fun with my friends at Kangatraining with Ali Lee North Ryde & Lower North Shore and Kangatraining Balmain & Surrounds Claudia xxx

08.01.2022 See you tomorrow at Rhodes!

01.01.2022 It is with a heavy heart we share that one of our Kanga Mums lost her firefighter husband on Thursday night in the devastating accident. Tonight, across the country, we are lighting candles to show our support to this Kanga Mum, her family, our Kangatrainer, her Kanga community and to everyone in Australia currently affected by these devastating fires. To the men and women fighting these fires, you are beyond brave and we are so thankful for what you are doing to keep our land, our animals and our people safe. Dearest Kanga Mum, if you see this, please know we are all thinking of you and your family. Our hearts are breaking. We cannot imagine what you are going through right now. We're sending you love and light.
