24.01.2022 Good morning KangaMums! I have woken up sick today :( and will not be able to run class (I definitely don't want to be near your bubbas, especially this close to Christmas). See you all in the New Year! We will be starting back in late January - watch this space for details! Everyone who paid for the block of classes, this one will carry over to next year

There is a bit of work to be done in the new year though so that we can deliver you and your baby the very best postnatal workouts, but keep your eyes peeled on this page for more updates and information! We are so excited to be bringing this back to our region and look forward to helping mums get fit and stay active all while creating beautiful bonds and having some great laughs at the same time!

17.01.2022 Good Evening KangaMums! Class is on tomorrow morning - 10:45am at the Grendon Street Dance and Function Centre (38 Grendon Street, North Mackay). Classes $10 each. As a special offer if you pay for the remaining four classes as a block you will get them for $30 (one class free).
