24.01.2022 If you love Kanga, being with your baby (or toddler), laughing, feeling good and making new mum friends, then becoming an instructor might be for you! Brissie course happening in October.

20.01.2022 Did you know Kanga is family friendly? If you have a Bub and an older toddler or child, they are welcome to our classes! We recommend bringing some toys/colouring in as well, but we find that often they just love joining in with the dancing too! Plus, we have an amazing soft-padded, enclosed play area which is perfect for a play after Kanga while we have a coffee - wins all round . Term 2 starts next week - Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s @dipadeesswimschool. You can book in here... https://kangatraining.info//i/RebeccaZambelli/booking/2399 #familyfitness#familyfun#babywearingfitness#postnatalfitness#evertonpark#stafford See more

14.01.2022 I think it’s time to re-introduce myself here! I’m Bec. Mum to two gorgeous girls - a 5 yr old and an 18 mth old (where did that go?!) I first attended Kanga in 2016 and I couldn’t wait to be able to do Kanga again with no.2! ... I come from a performance background and I’m also a registered music therapist with a Masters in Music Therapy - so I’m extremely passionate about the benefits of music! I currently work as a music therapist in early intervention with young families, but I also have specialist training and a passion for working with women in the perinatal period - so I know the importance of supporting women’s mental health during this time. ... and that’s one of the reasons I have loved Kanga so much - I know how much it has helped my own mental well-being by being able to get out, meet other women and to exercise - all without the stress of having to sort out care for my baby! Kanga is so special to me because not only did it allow me to get back into some fitness and dance (and help me feel like I got a piece of myself back), but it’s also because of Kanga that I met some of my best mum friends, that I still see regularly today. I really love helping to create that same experience and provide support for another generation of mums! If you'd like to Kanga with us, please register here https://kangatraining.info//i/RebeccaZambelli/booking/2399 Classes resume for Term 2, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, April 20th. 14.01.2022 ... for anyone with little ones who love a bush kindy, this is an amazing initiative run by a friend & colleague of mine

14.01.2022 So excited we’re back for Term 2! Tuesday & Wednesday 9.30 am. You must be at least 6 weeks post-vaginal delivery & 12 weeks post-Caesarian. Limited numbers of loan carriers are available. Book here https://kangatraining.info//i/RebeccaZambelli/booking/2399

10.01.2022 This is me exactly at the moment! Every single one them. Funnily enough, I had never associated these feelings being a result of sleep deprivation.

05.01.2022 All the feels!

02.01.2022 Check out the post-Kanga smiles! Soooo good to be back today after our term was cut short by lockdown - but we felt it! We all struggled with an arm track we normally cruise through - the combination of wearing your baby whilst also working on your arms really ups the resistance! We’re back tomorrow with our first outdoor Kanga session at Teralba Park, 9.30... Book here to join us https://kangatraining.info//i/RebeccaZambelli/booking/2399
