23.01.2022 All across Australia now there are mums who feel isolated, who feel scared, who feel alone and lonely. There are mums who are tired. There are mums who are sor...e. There are mums who are sad. There are mums who are over it. There are mums who long for uninterrupted sleep or a wine with their friends. There are mums who long for a moment of peace. There are mums who long for a party! You can be grateful and blessed and lucky, but it’s okay to long for things to be a bit better. We can have perspective that there are others who’s suffering might be more than our own at the moment. We can acknowledge this while also having a good whinge about what we’re going through too. What are you longing for?

21.01.2022 That's 2020 done for Kangatraining Wangaratta, Benalla & surrounds! What a beautiful group of mums, I have loved chatting you after class and during the week, loved sharing laughs with you and our "accident solos". Watching your bubs grow and celebrating with each new skill learnt, cheering each other on through the hard nights and the tricky stages. I always leave Kanga feeling better that when I started.... Thank you all for your support through 2020 with zoom classes and outdoors, masks and limited numbers, you have all taken it in your stride and have been amazing! We will be back 20th Jan with some exciting changes to the program, I'll keep you posted. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas, whatever that looks like for you and yours

16.01.2022 Is my bub to big for Kanga? Easy answer. Nope!! We have.. . Fresh bubs (min 6 weeks or 12 if your recovering from a c-cection) ... Rolling kids Crawling kids Walking kids Never-ending energy kids Snacking all day kids Sleeping in carrier kids I'm tired but I have FOMO kids Chatting kids Learning to use the toilet kids Your kids!!! And we love them all! A lot of people say to me, "I wish I knew about this when my baby was little" but honestly you can Kanga at any time. Our carriers can carry up to 20kg (i would recommend a back carry for older kids) and you would be suprised at how comfortable and doable it is.

Hopefully the rain will hold off We are working with restrictions of 10 people (this number doesn't include babies under 12mths) so make sure you book in to confirm your spot. I'll only be running Wednesdays at 10am during the school holidays and will reassess next term. ... So looking forward to seeing you this week.

04.01.2022 Tad warm from a Fri-Yay dance party with the fam with @kidsdiscoparties. I think I had just as much fun as the kids. Our household is no stranger to a good old dance party, anytime of the day!! But there was something about feeling apart of something bigger. The kids kept asking "How many people do you think are dancing with us? " Thanks DJ Ray Ray.

I love seeing your gorgeous kids grow each week.
