What are the benefits of eating more fruit? - Actually, any fruit in the morning is very nourishing (nurtritious). But especially, apple is very helpful in digestive cycle that in Korea it even has a famous saying of "Morning apple is a golden apple". So when I was young, my grandmother used to give me fried eggs with an apple for breakfast. Do you like vegetables? - I like most of the vegetables such as potato, spinach and fresh salad leaves. How often do you eat vegetables? - Around three times a week. As Australian market has many types of salad dressing and mixed leaves more than Korean market, I often buy it for a meal. What kind of vegetables do you like best? - Ah, it is a difficult choice. haha. If I was to choose, it would be potato and sweet potato. What are the benefits of eating vegetables? - Most people know that the vegetables have a high satiety in comparison with low calorie. I think having the vegetables is the best way to prevent obesity, adult disease and to protect health.
