03.01.2022 AMCAL+ KANWAL VILLAGE PHARMACY RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS As an essential service, we are OPEN but have made changes to create a no-touch environment and ensure social distancing. When you visit the Pharmacy you will be met at the door. A staff member will collect your items for you.... Payment by card is preferred. A plastic cover will be changed after each use of the pinpad. PRESCRIPTIONS AND MEDICATIONS New sanitization procedures will result in delays and ask that you allow extra time. Min 15 min and upto 1 hour in peak times. Repeats need to be sanitized and CAN NOT be given back for three days. Save time, order ahead by: 1. Downloading our Amcal App available on App store or Googleplay store 2. Leave your script on file and phone ahead 43925533 3. Fax on 43925544 4. Email [email protected] 5. You can even request your doctor to send scripts straight through to us. We still need the original script when you visit, so don’t forget to bring it. Difficulty accessing the Pharmacy or your doctor DO NOT go without your medication. Special new Emergency laws have been put in place. Please call us to explain. In isolation or if you can not get to us we will deliver to you. Conditions apply so please call.
