02.01.2022 Rainbow chard First time, I grow Rainbow chard. It’s easy to grow and love these colors. In Japan, we don’t eat this vegetable. So I don’t have much idea how to cook it... the texture of stork is quite crunchy and the taste is very earthy. ... Once I sautéed it with Korean BBQ sauce. It was tasty And this time, I sautéed chard with Soysauce, sugar, mirin, sake and shiokoji. (Kinpira style) Here is kinpira sauce recipe. Sugar 1tbsp Mirin 1/2tbsp Sake 1tbsp Soy sauce 1tbsp Shio koji 1/2tbsp All mix together 1. Heat the sesame oil in a pot, add in chard stork to cook. Once cooked through, add in (Konpira sauce), and simmer until cooking liquids are evaporated. Add in the white sesame seeds an serve.
