Lincoln for most improved senior (being a junior that trains with the seniors we are very proud!) Hailey you will be a pro ice lady Gary the time and effort you put into the gym and everyone that trains is amazing. 11.01.2022 Exciting times are here, we are back open next Monday 8th! We will be back to all normal classes. A couple of rules to make sure we are training Covid safe: You must have your own training equipment and take your equipment with you after each class ... You MUST bring a towel to every lesson Bring your own water bottle Every person will have there temperature checked upon entering the gym each day, there will be hand sanitiser for everyone to use on your way in also All equipment will be wiped over between rounds If you have any cold and flu/ Covid symptoms please do not come to training We are looking forward to seeing everyone back doing what we all love

Gary Delfs and I would just like to thank everyone who has helped our gym in the last year we really appreciate it and to everyone who trains with us. From the general classes, fighters, PTs or if you just roll in every now and then to punch people we hope you have had a good year and have a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. 06.01.2022 Trav is fighting this weekend on Coastal Warfare. Our first fight for the year, he has trained hard and ready to kill tomorrow night

04.01.2022 Last night Trav jumped over the ropes to have his first Muay Thai fight against an opponent that had 2 fights for 2 wins. After a tough 3 round fight he didnt get the decision but held his head high for himself and our gym. The heart, strength and courage he showed was of a true champion in the making. Now back to training and on to the next
