25.01.2022 If it doesn’t rain it pours.... The last two weeks have been extremely challenging for us at Kapella for Hair. Last week Kiyam unfortunately pinched a nerve in her back which means she has will be out of action until she can receive treatment and today Amy’s little girl had an accident at school which has now led to minor surgery tomorrow and an overnight hospital stay. We can’t apologise enough to our clients for the inconvenience this has caused with appointments. Unfortuna...tely we are both only human. Health and family will always come first. We thank you for your continued support, kind words and understanding following these events. Because of these events the salon will be closed Wednesday the 24th of March and Thursday the 25th of March. We have all managed to become resilient and mindfulness towards others. Along with the durability to cope with change. As a sign of hopefullnes and confidence of a successful 2021 both our family's light a fire tonight for hope of a better New Year! 24.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE 08/2020 To our valued clients, As you are aware we still have strong guidelines in place due to the COVID-19. We are still asking that you carefully read through our self declaration and sign in on arrival. We are still asking you to please sanitise your hands on arrival. We are still practicing social distancing in the salon. If the reception area of the salon is occupied by another client please be respectful and wait outside in the allocated area and we... will let you know when you are able to enter the salon. We are still as always taking the disinfecting and cleaning of the salon very seriously. At this point in time we are still only providing services to clients already known to the salon. Please be respectful of this decision as it is something we have taken serious consideration into. Not only for the safety of ourselves, our own families whom some are in the high risk category but also for the heath and safety of our clients. With the current events and recent spike in COVID-19 cases these precautions will be staying firmly in place into the foreseeable future and beyond. Thank you for your support and understanding. 21.01.2022 That’s a wrap 2020! It’s been a testing and trying year for us all. We would to THANK each and everyone of you for your endless support throughout this crazy year. 18.01.2022 "The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with and join the dance." We take mindful care and consideration of everyone's hair health when colour correcting or changing one's hair colour in this salon. This clients hair goal was to start embracing her maturing natural hair colour while maintaining the hairs integraty. It was a monumental 7 hour endurance of embracing change. We didn't want to slow dance but get down and rock and roll.
