20.01.2022 WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT OUR NEW FORMAT FOR 2020 For over 20 years the Kapunda Farm Fair has continued to attract a large number of exhibitors and visitors. We're very excited to announce that in 2020 the event will be rebranded to KAPUNDA FARM 4X4 OUTDOOR EXPO. Less than an hour from Adelaide, and minutes from the Barossa, the new format will cater to a much wider audience whilst preserving the legacy of our farm fair past. In 2020 our expo will be held on Friday 27th and Satur...day 28th March to take advantage of daylight savings. We also now fit between other events, which may prove helpful for interstate exhibitors who wish to support all three: - South East Field Days at Lucindale (Fri 20th - Sat 21st March) - Kapunda Farm 4 x4 Outdoor Expo (Fri 27th - Sat 28th March) - Karoonda Farm Fair (Fri 3rd - Sat 4th April) Event management remains in the hands of Bill Adams (Event Co-ordinator and founder of the Kapunda Farm Fair), however Bill has enlisted some new team members to assist with the expansion. Marty Dew ([email protected]) has been co-opted to look after event sponsorship, promotion and social media, and Brenton Wight to assist with all things tech. The name may have changed, but our prices for both exhibitors and visitors remain the same. Adult admission is only $10 (the same as it was in 1999) and site exhibitor fees are from $150 (as the have been since 2015). We want to ensure it continues to remain affordable for everyone, and to attract as many people as possible to come to Kapunda. Exhibitors who wish to book prime spots are encouraged to book their sites as soon as possible. Simply visit www.kf4x4oe.com/exhibitor-application and either complete online or download the application form, complete and send to [email protected], and pay a deposit of $110. Final site fee balance will be due late Feb 2020. For those wishing to stay in town over the weekend, our popular Kapunda Tourist Park, situated in the adjoining Dutton Park, has excellent cabin accommodation, powered and unpowered sites. We suggest booking early to secure your place, they can be contacted on (08) 8566 2094. We've got some exciting things in store and are really looking forward to what will be on display by our diverse range of exhibitors. With all the enhancements we have made, we believe the 2020 Kapunda Farm 4x4 Outdoor Expo will be truly spectacular. We cant wait to see you there! 05.01.2022 Today I headed to the Caravan and Camping show to meet some of our exhibitors for the Kapunda Farm 4x4 Outdoor Expo, as well as speak with some exciting new prospects for our event. It looks like being a great event at Kapunda, with Caravans, Campers, Equipment and Technology based around the outdoors. All of this on top of our regular farm and lifestyle exhibitors. Save the date March 27th and 28th! Check out our Facebook competition to win family passes. See you there!

04.01.2022 It is with regret that due to the current pandemic, the safety of all, and the Federal Government directive that all events with over 500 people be closed, we must comply and cancel the Kapunda Farm 4x4 Outdoor Expo 2020. Our sincere apologies to the many thousands who wished to attend, our great sponsors, and especially the 300+ exhibitor teams who have worked so hard in preparation for this event. From the very disappointed team at Kapunda Farm 4x4 Outdoor Expo.

03.01.2022 Queensland company Adjusta Mattress Australia will be at the Kapunda Farm 4 x 4 Outdoor Expo to show and sell their adjustable massage mattresses for your home, boat, and caravan. Their range also includes pillows. Their aim is to educate people of the importance of sleep health and the benefits that are associated with it. They are partnered with the Australian Sleep Health Foundation, Sleep Disorders Australia, and Diabetes Queensland. This exhibit will surely attract large numbers of attendees seeking sleep and comfort relief.

01.01.2022 NEWS: Regarding the Federal Government wishes and the ongoing pandemic, and our concern for public safety, Kapunda Farm 4x4 Outdoor Expo is communicating with all parties involved and will provide an update as soon as possible on the future actions regarding possible cancellation of this event. An announcement will be made here by Monday 16th March after an expected clarification by Scott Morrison on Sunday 15th.
