23.01.2022 I that during a KAP session I will typically dance between feeling nothing and everything - the non-dual state - which is the most exquisite experience of my life. What’s even better and unexpected is that the more KAP I do, the more this unattached, liberated feeling of wholeness permeates my being as I go about my daily life.
