16.01.2022 Had to share this with you all....goodness knows I rave on about the importance of Vitamin D enough every day. Get a little sun, eat foods high in Vitamin D, it's amazing for your immune health......and now I find Cole's is marketing their mushrooms by advertising their vitamin D content! Wow! Now all we need is for them to get rid of their plastic packaging...

10.01.2022 I'm away this week spending some time with my family on the south coast. How lucky we are to live so close to such wonderful national parks and beaches. I hope you are all enjoying a school holidays adventure too.

10.01.2022 Last day in clinic for the year. It has been a crazy, curious year and I have been lucky enough to continue to work in my business which I love throughout it all. I am very grateful to all of you who came in or zoomed in to talk about your osteoarthritis, IBS, hormones, gut issues, sleep problems, anxiety and much much more. I hope you all enjoy your festive break and find time to rest, swim and enjoy our natural bushland. See you all in the new year.

09.01.2022 Another simple kitchen remedy for you to try. I like to make this one whenever someone in my family has a sore throat. To make the flu fighter tea add to a saucepan, 1litre of water, a tablespoon of raw honey, 2 teaspoons grated ginger, a whole lemon finely sliced, 6 crushed cloves, and 1/4 teaspoon fresh chopped chilli. Simmer for 5 minutes and then let cool. Strain and drink all day.

06.01.2022 Immune health tip #4 HYDRATE..... We often forget to hydrate in winter when it's cold but we need to make the effort. Try switching water for warm herbal tea...my favorite is fresh ginger tea...brilliant for the immune system and the gut.
