20.01.2022 Hi families, we were hoping for a great but wet swimming afternoon, however current reports from Bom is rainfall getting heavier, with up to 70mm this afternoon possible. 17.01.2022 I am taking expressions of interest for holiday intensive learn to swim lessons the first week of the holidays (14th-18th Dec). The intensive program would run for the week, where the kids swim daily for five consecutive days. If we can get the numbers I'd like to run Monday - Friday mornings $55 for the 5 lessons. 17.01.2022 Good afternoon squad and mini squad swimmers, Coach Ken has had an accident. He's ok, but currently waiting for scans, so he can't do his squad sessions today. He will be ok to do squad (whilst sitting) for tomorrow morning. Sorry again for another cancellation.

16.01.2022 We have received requests from several families to run afternoon squad sessions for the next 2 weeks while the weather remains warm. Pending numbers Ken has agreed to run sessions Mon-Thurs 3.15-5.15pm. Swim time will be approximately 1.5hrs due to removing and replacing covers, lane ropes and stretching. Costs will be $20/wk or $11/session. Booking can only be made by emailing [email protected] ... Sessions will only go ahead if minimum numbers are booked in. Sessions will not be cancelled due to pool temperatures. Sessions will not run on public holidays. Please advise via email which specific days if you wish to book your child into squad sessions so we can gauge numbers. Numbers pending sessions will commence today.

05.01.2022 Afternoon swim families, unfortunately the pool temp is below 24oC again, so we are cancelling SWIM lessons and SQUAD for today (Wed 17/3) and tomorrow morning (Thurs 18/3). 05.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that Kate Horley will be our new Swim Administrator we can't wait for her to start. To everyone who has enquired about swimming lessons, thanks for your patience. We will be responding to all emails this week and sending out information/registration packs. Pool News: As you all will have seen, we are getting a new pool fence (yay!). The pool will be drained, repainted and re-tiled (including the blocks). The School assures me all will be ready ...for us to kick off swimming in Week 2 of next term. COVID Plan for Swimming in Term 4: 1. "SWIM&GO" - as much as possible, could we please have swimmers arrive ready to swim and leave straight after. We would like to discourage the use of the change rooms please. 2. Hand Sanitiser at both entries, entrance to toilets, and at canteen, with signage to promote use (and handwashing). 3. If parents and siblings must be in the pool area - they MUST sign-in upon arrival and children must remain seated. 4. Maintain 1.5m distance between everyone. 5. If you or your children are unwell, please DO NOT come to swimming. Kate, Ken and Trinette are looking forward to a great term of swimming.
