12.01.2022 Just an off-season athlete over here, trying to recalibrate and fix the damage I’ve done. Let me tell you something most people won’t. Training at a maximum for crazy amounts of time and eating insane amounts of food to have enough energy to do it, does not create the ideal environment for overall health. It takes many deliberate tactics to heal after a hectic season. Anyhow, back to my half pj’s, half exercise look for a Saturday arvo chill out

It’s not exactly what I had hoped for my first season back after having Scotti, but I can’t wait to do what I do and put all that backyard fitness to good use. 03.01.2022 I don’t remember the last time I did some exercise just for a good time. I hustled to get back on the comp floor in some capacity after bub, but now is the time to replenish and restore before committing to the 2021 season. I’ve never actually had a full season with @thenickfowler other than a postpartum one so there’s some very exciting times ahead! For now I’m just going to sink my teeth into some fun new skills with my mini.
