10.01.2022 RIP Sensei Tony Wellsted Today saw Senseï Tony Wellsted’s sad farewell and for me, this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write. He was truly a peo...ple person which reflected enormously in his teaching and general character. He first started training with us in the late 1970’s when he was a dairyman and many a time supported me with milk and eggs from the farm where he worked. None of us had much in those days but we did share what little we had. His humour and mischievous nature knew no bounds yet he was able to use it to develop some exceptional students for many a year. He was loved by all in KJK both in the UK and Denmark, where he was a very frequent visitor. So from all in KJK / WIBK we wish to extend our deepest and sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. Sleep well dear friend and peacefully rest in the arms of angels. OSSU RIP
