25.01.2022 Rosemount House Interior Series - This modest building sought to capture the very best aspect from the higher ground on the site looking north and east over the turf farm and South Maroochy River valley. A window / seat at the end of the living room neatly frames some of this splendid aspect and a raking ceiling extends high over the main deck to the east where this panorama blends into a tall tract of eucalypt forest. Simple, yet powerful. @ Rosemount, Queensland

25.01.2022 The Corso: Stage 2 features a more modest scale still at 8 stories with 40 apartments it is a significant build, with additional offices in the ground floor level and all levels above featuring north and east facing apartments activating the street edges.

20.01.2022 The Corso: Subtropical landscape has been the focus of this future instalment to the emerging Maroochydore city centre. Deep set reveals and planters with a mix of timber look screening will veil the carparking levels and provide a greener facade solution whilst a hardwood arbour structure will encourage planting from the ground to highlight the pedestrian entrance.

19.01.2022 The DA assessment is underway with our next major project proposed in Maroochydore City Centre. The Corso: Comprising 150 residential apartments, retail and cafe precinct and offices on the ground floor.

15.01.2022 We love this curved island bench detail, its robust and textural and a softer finish than the standard waterfall end that has been the hero of modern kitchen design for several years now. Plus its good to avoid kids getting bruised heads!

13.01.2022 The view reveal.. There is a huge feeling of relief when you climb the scaffold to stand on the main floor level and take in what you hope to be the best aspect you could have achieved on the site, and say yes.. we got it right!

09.01.2022 Handrail to post detail at Rosemount, We specified a lot 200 wide timber railing so even with insect screening fitted you can still rest you elbows and most importantly a cold beverage.. make the ordinary things a place to inhabit wherever you can.
