25.01.2022 No doubt that we have all been challenged by the global pandemic but some have used the time to get creative and help contribute to the lives of others. Mental health affects everyone, irrespective of age. Dimi and his mother have created FUN with DIMI to motivate and encourage other kids to stay active, to inspire, motivate and find creative ways to be entertained. FUN with DIMI is a page designed to help motivate and encourage kids during lockdown to stay active, creativ...e and happy. His goal is to create fun and easy to do at home activities during isolation to inspire other kids with new and exciting challenges, creativity and play. HIS OVERALL GOAL it to ultimately make other kids happy and to smile. He is such a inspirational 7 year old boy with a generous heart. Parents, subscribe to his channel on YouTube, share the videos with your children and I hear he is also open to suggestions and challenges. His Facebook page & YouTube channel is FUN WITH DIMI! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=yA2jvXL-wnE&feature=youtu.be

11.01.2022 SELF LOVE & ACCEPTANCE Brene’ defines true belonging as being the spiritual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself. Believing In yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging doesn't require you to change who you are. It requires you to be who you are. Highly recommend listening to Brene’s podcast on strong backs, soft front...s and wild hearts. https://brenebrown.com//brene-on-strong-backs-soft-fronts/
