20.01.2022 Post to Zonta House Refuge: What sort of Government does Australia have when Agencies can decide that Two One Hundred Percent Disabled Pensioners Who have Each been awarded with Volunteer of the Year Awards and have achieved so much yet they are forcibly separated and no one will assist them to continue their relationship that few could emulate? Why does the Justice Minister, Premier and Cabinet and District Court Head Registrar ignore this miss-carriage of Justice? We have a... PM Who has stated he wants to know all cases of Disability Discrimination but ignores his mail, a WA Justice Minister who threatens this Victim with un-payable fines and/or incarceration for letting the Public know what is going on, a Barrister in the WA District Court Who fails to defend the Decision he obtained for Karen in May '94 where she was deemed to be the Holder of one-hundred percent Full Mental Acuity, The Disability Discrimination Tribunal and the many Advocacy Agencies funded by the Tax-Payer each chooses to withhold their service to see Justice obtained, Who Cares? Karen's long-time idol is John Farnham with whom she appeared on-stage on Telefon. Karen though very white-skinned is accepted in the Murray Indigenous Community as a 100% Indigenous Yorga but WA/SAT do not accept this as her mother who inflicted the brain-damage on her 12 month old daughter when she threw her on her head denies the Indigenous Blood. An Elder of the Nannup Family investigated Karen's family and gave a Stat Dec declaring her full Aboriginality. The mother lies about this and the cause of Karen's disability. Karen is at risk of Deceasing from stress induced Episodes and the WA/SAT and OPA are working together to see this come about. AND Why does the WA SAT Registrar Childs mis-quote the findings of the week-long Guardianship Hearing Actioned by Karen's Mother Who denies Karen's Indigenous Kinfolk where the now Head Registrar of the Western Australian District Court, Barrister Shane Melville won the Legal Decision for Karen that reads, 'Karen is the Holder of 100% Ful Mental Acuity'. Does Professional... Courtesy allow Mr Melville disregard the Decision that cost Karen over $200.000.oo? It is apparent that Money buys Justice and legalities can be waived a nd justice ignored if there is the ability to buy Decisions.
