The Coro...navirus pandemic has seen a rise in reports of this type of violence and it's so important to create awareness across communities. Campaign videos and information sheets explain the different types of family and domestic violence, what to do if you are experiencing this behaviour and provide vital links to great support organisations such as the Centre for Non-Violence, inTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence and safe steps Family Violence Response Centre. You can leave your home for any reason and the 5km limit does not apply Up to 20 people can gather outdoors from any number of households Up to 5 visitors can visit a home in a day (infants under 12 months are not counted in the cap). Schools are open again You must wear your mask outside or inside when you cannot maintain 1.5m distance from other people. Please continue to wash your hands with soap, use hand sanitiser and social distance. Stay safe everyone!
