13.01.2022 Today I’ve had a hectic day but I have been able to make some lemon Swiss meringue buttercream cupcakes today and they look incredible. I haven’t made Swiss meringue buttercream since my first year as a baker apprentice.

05.01.2022 Hello my lovely customers, Just an update so we have a new oven but we will need to pick it up in a few weeks as it was too big to take on the plane. So I will be unable to make any amazing cakes until the end of this month-beginning of next month. Thank you so much for your understanding.

01.01.2022 To all of my valued customers, I will be unable to take any orders for the next couple of weeks as my old and faithful oven is on its last legs and will need to be replaced so I will be unable to complete any orders until our new oven is in place. So at this point until at least the 14th of October I will not be taking on any orders.... Thank you for your support hope to be doing more orders soon. Thank you all
