20.01.2022 Feeling fried ...up at 3am this morning trying to catch up, started working with a cup of tea in hand and have been flat out til now except for a quick lunch break....50 emails sent out by 9am then it was like everyone woke up and started responding...16 hours of solid work and 141 emails outbound ....who said COVID has slowed things down ? There is no comparison to last years elections and Royal Commissions and how that slowed down the real estate market...gonna rest and get ready for another big day tomorrow...Good things to come - feeling exhausted but blessed that I have lots of work on.

20.01.2022 This time last week i had a traumatic experience tripping over in partial darkness while rushing around and splitting my head open being rushed to hospital with 7 staples inserted into my skull. This occurred 2 days after my Dad passed away. I had also been rushing around for 4 months prior doing 10-12 hour days working with 20+ leases and 4 auctions. I hadn't seen my Dad during that time because of Covid and my workload. I made sure the Saturday after my auctions on Friday ...26 June I would visit him without hesitation. He wasnt well that day and ended up in hospital the next day, he suffered, but we were all there for him. He passed away 3 days later on Wednesday 2nd July ...it has been the worst time of my life but i know he would want me to keep going strong like he did all of his life..he had a good life just 2 weeks shy of 90 years but it still hurts not being able to visit him ever again. Life gets in the way and im sorry if i haven't been there for my clients and customers over the last 2 weeks but i hope my team has assisted the best they can during these tough times See more

10.01.2022 One week left for my 4 Transport for NSW Auctions, 20 leases (personally) in 3 months and still working on Friday night but ready to chill very soon. DONT LET COVID DETER you from your dreams...we are seeing the opposite apart from the Restaurant owners, personal gyms and beauticians who have copped the raw end of this virus with instant closures I am so impressed with the genius nature of how some people have turned their businesses around in crazy times to survive...OVERALL THE COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL MARKET IS GREAT....Even working long long hours, I LOVE MY WORK and the people I work with. I get to meet some amazing people in Landlords and Tenants and have great conversations...STAY POSITIVE...we will get though this !!
