24.01.2022 Due to new Covid Guidelines it is now compulsory for all physiotherapists and clients to wear a single use mask during consultations. If you do not have a single use mask the clinic can provide you with one for use during your appointment. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CLASSES AT THIS POINT!!!! 22.01.2022 To Celebrate International Pilates Day we hosted a zoom Mat pilates class for our gorgeous Pilates Members .....my first ever live class....to say I was nervous is an understatement, however I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with these amazing ladies after what feels like is forever ......Hoping to be back teaching/ rehab-ing these amazing women. The 4th Trimester Mummy Check ( carried out in the first 3 months post natally) provides a structured and Tailored Post Natal assessment and allows for a specific exercise treatment program to aid your body in the post birth recovery.
