23.01.2022 Due to popular demand we are running another Reiki 1 Workshop Sat 19th /Sun 20th Sept 2020 If you would like to learn the basic skills and techniques of Usui Reiki in order to be a channel for this amazing energy, then this 2 day workshop may be for you. Following this you may notice improved health and happiness in your own life and also that of your friends and family.... Information you will receive from your experienced Reiki Master is direct from the traditional Usui System of Natural Healing as taught by Dr Mikao Usui himself. During the 2 day workshop some of the topics you will cover are: - The history of Usui Reiki - Dr Mikao Usui Reiki Master Lineage - The 5 Principles of Reiki - The effects of treatments - Hand positions for self healing - The foundations and simple techniques of chakra balancing - Preparing for attunements All attendees will undertake an atunement, conducted by your Reiki Master and you will be encouraged to maintain regular contact with them following completion of the course. 12.01.2022 Beginners yoga returning in Oct. Several sessions morning and late afternoon. No experience needed as these sessions are aimed at those with mobility issues who really need to gradually incorporate some 'gentle' movements to their body. All you need is a willingness to tune into and listen to your 'own' body. This is in no way competitive as we are all individuals with individual needs. No fancy clothes or lycra are required. Sessions are outdoors in nature. Please let us know if you are interested <3
