19.01.2022 Congratulations Chia & Sam Sam and I would like to introduce you all to our beautiful baby GIRL!! Poppy Evelyn Neilley was born at 12:28pm Monday 1st June 2020. She weighed 7pound 15ounces (3615g) and was 48cms long. She had a bit of trouble breathing, some fluid on her lungs and is on some antibiotics atm and is currently in the special care nursery, but she is doing really well and we are completely and utterly in love with our girl. ... Sorry to everyone for not getting back to you all quickly it has been a bit of a ride, but we will get there and thank you all for your love and support towards our little family. The integrity of the hair is my upmost importance and I’m not afraid to say no to a client if I’m concerned with the hair integrity My lovely lady today had boxed dyed her hair during March Covid restrictions. She was a Blonde and put brown over the top I had a consultation with this lady 4 weeks ago and her hair was Compromised so after 4 weeks of my home reconstruction program I was happy to move forward with colour . ... I did say it might be 2 - 3 sitting to achieve our desired result And Wow we nailed it in one sitting and the condition of her hair is great Even after a full head of Foils with Powder lightener ... happy Wednesday happy client

Ive have had some really low moments as has many small businesses this year. Being able to get back to doing what i love and seeing all of my wonderful clients made the highs even better! 07.01.2022 Hi Everyone , I’ve been so busy to post lately So here is a catch up and long post Just wanted to say a big Thank you for all your support I’m currently booked out 2 weeks in advance . With a wait list for cancellations ... My KG Membership Program is nearly here you are going to love it Which brings me to my next announcement Xmas Yes I said it is approaching fast So for all my colour Client that have 6 weekly appointments You have 3 colour appointments before Xmas I’m already booked out on 16 th December So I suggest you book your appointments NOW so you don’t miss out Please see out new booking policy effective from 1st September 2020 Our Booking Policy When you book an appointment at Karen Geiszler Hair & Beauty we are holding that time slot for you! If you need to change, alter or move that appointment we will always accommodate when we can. We love to look after you and we want to make it easy for you to come in. However, if you need to make any changes you will need let us know BEFORE 5 pm the day BEFORE your treatment. If you cancel after 5 pm the day before your appointment or NO SHOW with your appointment then you will be charged a $50 fee. We know and understand that sometimes things come up last minute and it can’t be helped BUT we ask you to understand that with over 200 regular clients on our books, if everyone cancelled last minute JUST once or twice a year we lose over 200 hours of business. This is not fair to us, or other clients that would have loved that appointment time. Which brings us to our final (and more positive thought) If we can fill the gap your late cancellation has made then there will be NO CHARGE. We don’t want to charge you $50 We want to do Hair & Beauty !!!! We will do our very best to fill your gap (we hate standing around) but you can help!!! Post on your own Facebook or insta gram page that eg there is NOW a Gap at Karen Geiszler Hair & Beauty at 4pm! Someone you know might be dying for a Colour , facial! Wax! or Massage and them filling your gap means NO CHARGE to you! It means NO loss of business for us! And that someone gets to have a GREAT service!! We do NOT want to go down the route of pre-charging for appointments like a lot of other salons are having to do. We believe that as a community we can alleviate the problem of late cancellations if we all take a bit of ownership and be respectful of each other’s time. The second way you can help is by using the Stand by list. We run a standby list at Karen Geiszler Hair & Beauty every single day & hour we are open. If you have a couple of other preferred appointment times than the one you secured.get on the stand by list! Then if one of your Hair or Beauty sisters or brothers have to call and cancel late you will be filling their gap for them and in turn someone might fill your gap for you.
