21.01.2022 Some of the comments in this article are true for Adelaide as well as regional and country areas. I have seen an uptick in the number of inquiries coming from interstate buyers. People in larger capital cities, maybe Adelaide expats, have now realised they can work from anywhere and for some that means they can come to or back to Adelaide and the lovely Blackwood hills.
