23.01.2022 Trouble shooting - My pole comes out my floor cleaner? I get this question a lot, good news is it’s not broken! The telescopic pole is designed to detach so you can attach and use it with either window cleaner or the dust flexi wand to get to high places. Below is a video I filmed for a customer with this issue.... Steps: 1. Push down the yellow ‘T’ shaped collar on the floor cleaner head to lock it into standing position and place it on the floor 2. Insert the pole and turn it to the right until it ‘clicks’. Now your floor cleaner is in what we call the parked position 3. Use your toe to lift the yellow ‘T’ shaped collar and make sure it goes all the way to the top (having it only part way up is usually the reason for the pole detaching) Now that your pole is locked in position you can gently, using one hand, turn the pole to the left so you can extend or shorten the length, then turn it to the right gently to tighten (lefty loosy righty tighty) Tip: the height of your floor cleaner should be between your nose and mouth. This height will keep your back straight in the correct posture when you clean. When you finish cleaning remove the floor fibre and ‘park’ your floor cleaner with the pole adjusted all the way down and the stand on (by pushing collar down). This prevents the floorcleaner from tipping over or having to lean it again a cupboard or wall.

22.01.2022 Unsung heroes of Floors- THE OUTDOOR AND EXTREME FLOOR FIBRES Dont have an outdoor floor fibre yet? Heres are some tips and tricks to using them, and check out the before and after photos. unlike indoor floor fibres, the outdoor floor fibres are NOT absorbent. Use them very wet, hose down outdoor surfaces before and after. ... OUTDOOR FIBRE uneven, textured and rough surfaces such as bricks, pavers, limestone and concrete, decking Extra uses: scrub down the deck of the boat Flip up on walls as a quick way to prep them for painting Run around water/scum line of the pool Use dry to pick up pet hair off short pile mats and carpet or outdoor surfaces EXTREME FIBRE For layers of build up and dirt (either inside or outdoors), and porous surfaces such as tiles, slate, garage, non-oiled wood decking If your using the extreme indoors, follow up with a dry indoor fibre (Allpurpose or high gloss) to mop up the excess water Extra uses: After party fibre for sticky floors To remove wax coating on brand new floors - sprayed on my manufacturer to prevent scratching in transit Build up of cooking oil on the kitchen floor Build up of hairspray on bathroom tiles Remove oil stains off garage floor or paved driveway

05.01.2022 Thought I’d share this story it’s the reason I love my job helping others to reduce chemicals from their home for so many good reasons Cheryl is one of our fellow ENJOpreneurs from the UK. Here's her story... Hi there I’m Cheryl & this is my daughter, Daisy...... In June 2016, We discovered ENJO. Daisy was just 1.5 years and her skin was horrendous, her eczema was like this all over her body. She would cry her eyes out as she clawed at her itchy skin and she would need piriton everyday and wet wraps to help soothe. It was so stressful and extremely upsetting. We had tried and tested every cream from the doctor, we were referred to the dermatologists at the hospital.
