25.01.2022 ~ Drop me an emoji if you agree ... ~ The last few weeks I have been concientiously resting more as well as practising self-care on a daily basis. Whether it’s a bath or a nap or attending yoga at the amazing @softyoga, I am starting to practice what I’ve been preaching all these years more rest, more stillness, more me time ~ When we rest and when we plan this rest time, we give ourselves space to heal and replenish not just our energy levels but our wonderful nervous system which in turn helps keep us regulated and healthy. And as much as we might like someone else to be in charge of managing our energy levels, the only person that can do it is you. ~ Have you got some rest scheduled into your diary?

22.01.2022 ~ Live online classes this week - Tuesday 21 July... 12pm I am intuitive creating some space for our intuition to arise; tapping into Ajna Chakra, the third eye, the command centre of all the chakras. A beautifully still, restorative practice today as we allow ourselves room to be inspired by our own inner wisdom. Wednesday 22 July 6pm I honour my inner knowing a MyoYin practice to help stimulate the areas governed by Ajna Chakra. Give yourself permission to create the life you’ve always dreamed about. 1 tennis ball will be required for this myofascial release and yin practice. Thursday 23 July 12pm I see everything clearly A Yoga Nidra practice to finish our journey through the Chakras. 10.01.2022 ~ Hands up whoever has lost their shit? ... ~ A while ago, I found myself heading into a situation where I’d been before and let’s just say, shit was lost. B I G time ~ So this time, I thought, fuck this, I know I can do better ~ Luckily, I was chatting with a dear friend, and our menstrual cycles came up. I checked where I was going to be mid-situation and whaddya know, right in the midst of this situation, I was going to be on day 19 of my cycle. Day 19 of my cycle usually sees me trying not to lash out on people who breathe, look or move in my direction. Patience is t h i n on the ground anyone else feel me? ~ So, I set my intention that I was going to be the person I knew I could be in this situation. And to get the whole Day 19 don’t look at me or I’ll f’ing blah you thingo under control, I started using my mood balm every single day. I massaged the balm into my lower belly every morning and evening while repeating loving affirmations to myself and my body. I also upped my self-care too. My Mood balm is absolutely magical but it ain’t no silver bullet. I meditated every single day, I went to yoga, I took baths, I rested like a Queen And guess what, I was able to be the loving person that I know I am. ~ Day 19 came and went, without any drama. Yes, I felt my usual whoosh of energy leave my body for the day, leaving me feeling depleted and exhausted. 08.01.2022 ~ What do you do when a space appears? ~ Do you immediately rush to fill it with some activity or another (I do this ... A L L THE FUCKING TIME!!!) ~ Or, do you pause and observe the space? ~ I know which one I prefer to do but with anything, it takes practice. I read this great tip to diarise space in your day and weeks. And I did. I wrote down NO MORE BOOKINGS. And 2.5 nanoseconds later, I would have written in another appointment. Or another class. #boundaries anyone? ~ When we constantly receive messaging that we must be DOING something. If we’re not, we’re ‘lazy’. If we’re not DOING, then we are not achieving, or progressing or growing. Whether this messaging comes from external or internal sources, doesn’t really matter. It is fucking tiring to be hearing it and constantly doing something ~ So take this as an invitation to STOP what you’re doing and P A U S E. Take a couple of breaths and note where you are and what you are feeling. Do nothing and just B E
