25.01.2022 Try these out - so quick and delicious! CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPCAKES 1 cups SR Flour cups sugar... 125g softened butter cup mik 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 2 level tbsp cocoa powder 1 tbsp red jam 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Combine all ingredients and beat for 5 minutes. Spoon into greased 12 hole cupcake tin and bake for approx 25 minutes. Let cool completely before frosting. FROSTING 100g softened butter 4 cups icing sugar cup milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp vanilla Cream butter for 2 minutes. Add milk, vanilla and 2 cups icing sugar and cocoa powder and beat for further 2 minutes or until light & fluffy. Add remaining icing sugar and beat for further 5 minutes.

22.01.2022 I thought this was such an adorable idea, someone just posted the photo to my timeline! You must insert the toothpicks at a 45 Angle or the cupcakes may fall ...off. The styrofoam ball has a 5" diameter and holds 10 cupcakes. Cut green tissue paper into thin strips, fold accordion style and place it in between the cupcake "flowers" to give the illusion of leaves. 20.01.2022 Lately I have been channeling my dear departed mum (Shirl) who taught me how to keep a sensible stock of items in the pantry, fridge and freezer, keep a small garden and make do rather than running to the store every day. When I was growing up we always lived out of town with no corner store. So meals were made from what we had on hand. I will pass this onto my daughter and grandchildren as well. Right now in the midst of the crazy stockpiling and hoarding going on, this is more important than ever. Dinner tonight comes to you from my garden, pantry and fridge. Easy ingredients thrown together and chucked in the frypan. ~ Zucchini & Sweetcorn Fritters ~

Apple Crumble Topping, Biscuit crumbs for Cheesecake bases, Savoury Cracker Crumbs that can be used for rissoles and coating chicken for schnitzels.. chopped up dried fruit.. Food processor has really had a workout this morning :)
