23.01.2022 It is easy to think of clothes as things that only touch the surface. In reality, every decision we make in the early hours of each morning is a statement, a shout into the void about who we are or who we want to be. Our clothes are the chainmail we put on daily to arm ourselves against the battle that life has delivered, or what we have endured. Fashion gives us a sense of normality, no longer confining us to the prison of our mental or physical experiences. Fashion represen...ts an unbreakable bond between how you feel and what you wear. We dress to define ourselves and our wardrobe can become a symbol of our shame or it can disguise our discomfort and help us overcome through the expression of our clothing. We all have our favourite colours that heal, Czarina’s fashion is not just about the colour, it’s about the inner expression permeating through the wonderful patterns, the healing fabric on our skin and the way we reflect on the world. Even if we don’t have a sense of style, fashion can help us find our way to understanding the kind of person we want to be through discovering how we want to be seen by others. No matter how we use fashion, it can be a great healer. Like each of us, fashion is diverse enough to heal our psychological and physical wounds. . . . #lovelifelive #findingequanimity #liveafulllife #gratefulness #humility #innerpeace #passionwithpurpose #czarina http://mvnt.us/m1176718
22.01.2022 Happy Valentine’s Day We all seek it, crave it sometimes and often make wrong decisions to have it. Why are we so afraid of it and have built up impenetrable barriers so that love is unattainable? It is the greatest energy on earth, is far more powerful than any force we know. Maybe this is why we put so much pressure on ourselves to get it right. The journey begins with taking a step towards the person in the mirror. Start with the love you have for yourself. From ther...e you will learn to trust your own intuition and decision making. Peep over the barrier, the wall you’ve built and see the love that awaits you. Look into the moat that surrounds you to protect you and see your reflection. There really is a wonderful person looking back and you deserve the purest and most powerful love the love you can give yourself. http://mvnt.us/m1186088 #purelove #loveis #valentinesday #pureenergy
19.01.2022 Equanimity can bring a quality of poise and composure to any experience. Sometimes the big obstacles, the big difficulties, are a little bit easier to deal with and tend to be less confronting. They call forth a deep wisdom from within us. .... . . . . . . #findingequanimity #equanimity #givingequanimity #givinggratitude #nonprofit #charity #theequanimityproject #strongercommunity #resilience #australianresilience #TheEquanimityProject #DomesticAbuse #homelessnessofwomen #findingequanimity #Domestic&FamilyViolence #OurSecretLanguage #DVNSW #Family&Community #Mavericks #collectiveimpact http://mvnt.us/m1131670

11.01.2022 Most of us know that interacting with a pet reduces levels of cortisol, the stress hormone whilst it can raise our levels of serotonin and dopamine, the hormones that calm and relax the nervous system. It also increases the release of oxytocinanother chemical in the body that reduces stress naturally The Sensory act of stroking a pet lowers blood pressure and in return reduces stress levels. With all these positive attributes, why would anyone want to hurt an animal? We need to protect our family pets from abuse at all cost. Your pet can be your litmus test to tell you, you are okay. They know when an environment and a person is under threat or in a stressful situation. We need to protect them at all cost. They unconditionally improve our well-being, self-esteem and keep you from being lonely. http://mvnt.us/m1167304

03.01.2022 Equanimity is a conditioned state Essentially, life develops equanimity as we open more and more to our experiences. Being present for both the things that we ...like and those we don't like. In our daily lives we have the opportunity to notice the state of our being and how it relates to the people and situations around us. We can cultivate the willingness to be equally close to all things and also know when to let go. Equanimity is the state of quiet that exists inside of us whilst we watch the world evolve around us.
