Not only have you carved out essential time for your own health and wellness but you have also gained a deeper understanding of body awareness and meditation at a very deep and relaxed level. 17.01.2022 7 week Chakra Meditation in Wooroloo Monday 17th May - 28th June 6.30pm - 8.30pm You will go on a journey of exploration through the chakras beginning at the base and concluding with the crown. ... During the seven weeks you will learn the sanskrit names for each chakra and gain a deeper understanding of the function of each the 7 chakras within the body week by week. We will address the need to balance each individual one to reach optimum effect on the physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing of an individual and will also look at some of the effects imbalances within any of the chakras can have on the body as well as common dis-ease within can present in the body. Also during the sessions we will look at colors associated with each chakra and will meditate on a specific yantra symbol (colour and image) for each one as well as exploring the animal symbols and deities connected. Each session will commence with small absolute basic beginner yoga poses (no experience required) to connect and balance each specific chakra, followed by a short discussion, yantra chant and a guided meditation/relaxation to conclude.
