Multiple buyers are competing aggressively over a small pool of properties. 3. More properties are coming on the market. If I can give buyers any advice, it’s this: 1. Do your research prior to inspecting the property so that you’re ready to act immediately if required. 2. Offer terms that aren’t too outside the box and are consistent with what the seller is looking for. 3. Communicate effectively with the agent. We’re not the enemy.
