05.01.2022 This is good advice below from Tiresa Divitina a Conveyancer. I've met many buyers who expect that the 30 year old home they are about to buy should have a perfect pest and building report. Unless you are buying a brand new home, there will often be maintenance issues mentioned in a P&B report. ... You want to be sure that the home is structurally sound and termite free. Also if you have any concerns ALWAYS refer to the person who did the report. They are the expert. Don't rely on well-meaning family and friends to steer you right. 05.01.2022 I've had a few clients over the years that have opted for the lesser offer. Not to the tune of $50,000 US though. (it equates to almost $66,000 Australian. . How about you? Would you take less than the highest offer?
