19.01.2022 Well hi!!! I have finally had some photographs taken of myself! Taken by the wonderful Soph @sisterscout_ . Let me just say, it was slightly confronting to see photos of myself! Is that what l really look like?! Soph was a dream to work with and made put my nerves at ease in an instant, so make sure you go and check out what she’s got on offer. Anyway, l thought l should formallyintroduce myself and share a little bit about me. ... I’m mum of one boy, Lennox and partner to Nath (@njrpainting if you need any painting done ). We also have a fur child, Ziggy the border collie, who regularly competes against Lennox for attention! As much as I’d love to tell you I’m in my 30’s, l think that would be pushing things because I’m about to hit on the downhill side to my 50’s. I had my son, six weeks before my 40th birthday. I think l turned 70 that year and I’m still trying to recover from sleep dep! All those years of getting down on the D-floor til all hours , gave me no preparation for the sleep torture a newborn child can inflict!! I love the idea of being really fit, but hate the idea of the work that goes into it. I’ve just started the CSIRO diet and I’ll be honest....it’s day two and I’m bloody starving! Shows me how much I over eat though... Final fun fact about me before l sign off, I LOVE trivia! Like love it! I want to go on MillionaireHot Seat, but for the life of me l can’t come up with one of those stories (that’s suitable for TV), so l haven’t applied yet! 15.01.2022 Well didn’t life go from zero to 1000 in a matter of days once restrictions were lifted? it’s left no time for social media posting. But now that I’ve been forced to stop whilst l await covid test results (100% confident it is just a cold l have) , I have a little time to get back on here. So it might not be apparent that l also do photography for small businesses, helping them create professional looking content. ... I prefer not to shoot your typical, head & shoulders portrait. I love to get on location and bring your concept to life. Here Sarah, who is a yoga teacher, wanted trees & water to create the perfect backdrop to show her skills. I think we nailed it!

14.01.2022 I love a shoot where the kids have their wriggle on. I really get to capture their essence. And it helps mum and dad relax a lot easier! Plus it’s a ton of fun! So if you’ve got some wiggly members in your family, don’t worry! I love a challenge (and a workout). I promise this is not going to be a problem in capturing some beautiful photos. It was such a delight to meet baby Annie, named after her very courageous Grannie Annie. She was just so beautiful and so alert! 04.01.2022 I don’t think I’ve met a more proud grandmother. She was the epitome of a doting grandmother. It was such a pleasure to watch her fuss and help out. I adore including grandparents in a family shoot. In my opinion, it’s an absolute must if you can include them. I lost all of my grandparents by the time l was 15. So to me, it’s just so important you capture them. If you’re considering a family shoot, why not include them too. Pretty sure you won’t regret it
