21.01.2022 A MASSIVEEE shout out to Miss Kylie Hodges who has come so far with her training! You'll find the dedicated Kylie in most mornings smashing out a bit of cardio with her strength training program before getting the kids ready for school. I think Kylie has surprised herself just how much she has incorporated her training into her lifestyle since signing up to Anytime Fitness Forster. Kylie has developed her strength and confidence from the weights area, cracking personal bes...ts on her lifts and as you can see she's looking fit and strong as a result. Well done Kylie, what a tremendous change physically and mentally to being a stronger you! To incorporate weights into your training and to have the knowledge that Kylie has acquired from myself as her trainer, I have put together a 6 WEEK LEARN 2 LIFT CHALLENGE. 16.01.2022 Just want to say a massive shout out to Jess! Jess is putting up with me 3 mornings a week and has stayed consistent. Jess is eating a lot more food than previously and the weight is falling off her after just 1 month! When coming into the gym, she was nervous and feeling intimated but now exudes confidence and is growing as a person! I can't wait for our 6 week check in. Well done you superstar!!! 16.01.2022 A big congratulations to this girl, Sammie! Sammie has been training twice a week over the last 12 weeks or so with me and it's paying off! She's stayed focused even between being a busy mum and moving house! Her main goal was to tone up, while we haven't lost much on the scales. Roughly 3kgs, you can see how the shape and tone of Sam's body has changed! Meaning that she is building muscle and dropping fat and therefore achieving her goal! YAY! Well done chick! ... 07.01.2022 Good morning everyone! Just want to share some transformation inspiration with you of the determined Grant! Grant started his journey looking into weight loss hence doing my 6 Week Bootcamp (these are the diffence between the first 2 pictures) and loosing a whooping 12kgs! From there Grant told me he wanted to build muscle and tone up, so Grant decided to continue onto the next 6 week Challenge based around weight training and learning the machines and free weights. ... By the end of The 6 Week Challenge Grant lost a further 12kgs (photo 3), taking his total weight loss to 24KGS OVER 12 WEEKS! Grant has been nothing but grateful, cheerful and focused. 03.01.2022 The 6 week Challenge 2.0 is coming to Anytime Fitness Forster on the 25th Jan 2021! Class times will be: Wed 3.30pm - 4.15pm Wed 6.30pm - 7.15pm... Thursday 6am - 6.45am 1 class per week. Let me know which you prefer! Classes will range from strength training to weight loss in order to suit all participants and their goals. The Challenge includes 2x measurements (before/after), meal plan, FB group, support, 1x class, nutritional advice, cheap supplements, access to Muscle Chef Meals and ongoing challenges over the 6 weeks. Cost is $30 per week or $180 upfront. Spots are filling up fast so come in and secure yours today! Payment plans are available, so NO EXCUSES!
