25.01.2022 Life happens ... sometimes things dont work out the way you want, but it doesnt mean that you cant continue to dream ... sometimes you just need to adjust your dream or change it completely ... its happened a couple of times for me ... But I still have big dreams :)

19.01.2022 Are you the kind of person who reads the map, asks for directions, or figures it out as you go? I read the map!! Without a map or a GPS, I cant figure it out as I go and I just get lost ... and completely lost!! AND I really dont like asking for directions ... most of the time people dont know better than me ... and it takes them 10 minutes to try to give me an explanation they dont have ... I am not patient!!

18.01.2022 BEFORE and AFTER photos ... When your investment property is not looking the best, there are ways to add virtual furniture in the photos ... it is very cheap and so effective!! We had 14 groups come through the first open home, and we sold it straight away ... our sellers are very excited!!
