The first thing people think of when it comes to dropping body fat is more n more cardio. I was once guilty of that thought . ... No way I'm going to burn muscle while trying to drop body fat. Hard work to get it! Dropping my calories from 3200 to 2500 to start with and increasing my volume on my sets.
