24.01.2022 This breaks my heart. This is why I am vegan, recycle, only use cleaning products that are eco friendly, only use beauty products that are all organic, natural and don’t harm the environment or beings that we share this earth with. I know I’m just one person and doing these things can’t reverse the causes that has lead to this polar bears starvation, but hopefully I can inspire at least one person. If they can inspire another and so on, as we move forward as a race we can change how we live, what we consume and do to the environment so that we don’t have to see future animals suffer like this.

14.01.2022 Sid and I had such an amazing time traveling through SA last week. Flying to Adelaide then to Lincoln Island and driving through the Barossa Valley. We saw alpacas, kangaroos and koalas on our way down to Kangaroo Island. We stayed in Victor Harbour where we found ourselves on this bridge that stretched over to Granite Island. On our evening stroll on the island we saw penguins, possums and other creatures that came out to play once the sun set. 08.01.2022 Exactly 4 months ago today I became Vegan! I could not be happier or feel healthier! .. Before this I was Paleo for about a year and a half. (no gluten, dairy or refined sugars). .. And before this I found out I was gluten intolerant in 2011. So I haven’t eaten gluten for 6 years.... .. With each one of these progressions towards cleaning up my diet I noticed great difference in my overall health as well as noticing pacific changes when eliminating different food. .. Eg: I had acne on my back for years! I tired every scrub, cleanser, cream. You name it, I tired it. After a while I just gave up and thought oh well that’s just the way it is. One day my husband said to me You don’t have any pimples on your back any more?! .. This was a month after becoming paleo and eliminated DAIRY & REFINED SUGERS. I had done nothing but eliminated these two things and just like that my pimples were gone. 07.01.2022 HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE! How do you like to get yourself moving each week? My favourite forms of exercise are Yoga & Pilates I have never enjoyed doing strenuous exercise like boot camps and CrossFit; my body would always start to fall apart after engaging in it. Because of my hyper mobility I would always find myself injured after with hip flexor and shoulder issues along with shin splits and ankle weakness from running on pavement. When starting yoga especially I DI...D NOT think it would have been so hard!!
