Stories of love can help us feel a sense of belonging, warmth and security. Stories of life can help us feel empathy, joy, sorrow and compassion. Stories move people to feel deeply, think differently and take action. Using storytelling in your business helps you connect with your audience. How? Because people seek out their own stories in others. They become invested in your success when you share the story of why you started your business, including the hurdles and joy along the way. They build trust in you when you share your in depth understanding of the challenges they face. There are a multitude of ways you can incorporate storytelling into your business marketing. 15.01.2022 My to-do list for the week! Not gonna lie, I've been so busy keeping up with my Etsy orders, I haven’t had much time to dedicate to my website. I'm excited to spend this week FINALLY finishing getting my products on my website. ... I can’t believe I’ve been selling my marketing templates and guides for over six months now yet I still haven’t managed to get them on my site! Tbh, I’m super frustrated that it’s taken this long.... ... but then I take a breath and remind myself that I’ve been busy caring for my two pre-schoolers through a pandemic and have been working in tiny windows of time. UPDATE MY HOME PAGE Goodness this page is crying out for a refresh - it reflects my consulting work but says nothing about all the marketing resources I have on offer! UPDATE MY PRICING You heard it here first - my prices have barely changed since my launch so I’m reviewing and updating my pricing to better reflect the value my products add to my customers.
