Lift is hectic and we just can’t catch ourselves in the moment of madness and find that centre or piece we are so desperately seeking. . In meditation often a mantra is used to help you’re mind come back to task. ... . Even with this I find my mind likes to wander . So I often choose to use some meditation beads to anchor the mantra. 20.01.2022 Today is a good day ! So good I don't even have a photo to prove it. I just soaked up the moment, enjoyed the sunshine and cool water after smashing out my best ever 5km time trial. After 6 months rest I am back in the seat of my OC1 and feeling great! Some times you just gotta let yourself take some time off and reset. How do you rest and recover from your busy lives?

The language we use in our own consiousness, that internal dialogue and that which we comunicate openly to others is SOOOOOOOOO important right now. Catch yourself early if you get into catastrophic thinking tendancies! DETOX from the Media and be aware of your industry groups, they can become places of arguement and blame and generative of this negative language patterning. It is important to stay engaged and aware but not to be sweapt up in the panic and the catastrophie of it all.

These are a great way to keep the cool off your neck as the season changes and helps to prevent you getting a stiff neck at this time of year. It is a common presentation we see in the clinic does this sound like you ....... Sore neck and You just "woke up with it" You cant turn your neck one way without pain You think you just slept Funny. Interestingly we see this a lot at this time of year. So keep your neck warm! Light scarves or buffs are a great start in the early days and as winter deepens then you can go for the more thicker fabrics.
