25.01.2022 Tomorrow, Thursday March 18, the staff and students are celebrating Harmony Day. Students are invited to bring a dish representing their culture, to share at lunchtime. I Traditionally, orange signifies social communication and meaningful conversations. It also relates to the freedom of ideas and encouragement of mutual respect. Don't forget to wear your orange clothes!

22.01.2022 Congratulations to our new Student Representative Council. Each class voted on the student they wanted to represent them. The winners are Cooper (6/7L), Ali (5/6K) and Adam (7/8D). These students will meet each month with Leighton and make plans for our school.

13.01.2022 Student Representative Council The students held their first meeting yesterday. They have lots of great plans for the school and great ideas for rewards for good behaviour.
13.01.2022 Quicksmart Karningul students will now participate in daily sessions of Quicksmart, a new Maths program. Kim is coordinationg the program. Zain was the first student today and was clearly very impressed.

11.01.2022 School Representative Council It was a special day at Karningul today. The students were asked to self nominate if they would like to represent their class on the SRC. Several students addressed the whole school and spoke about their goals if they achieved office. Congratulations Joshua, Issac and Brayden who were elected by their peers and the staff. Our Director presented their badges. Thank you to Leighton for organising the ceremony and for taking on the role as coordinator.

11.01.2022 Network Awards 2020 This afternoon Dave was presented an award from our Director for his excellent contribution to the education of students at Karningul School. Congratulations Dave.
11.01.2022 Term 3 Welcome back everyone. We hope you all had time to rest and prepare for another busy term. We would also like to welcome our two new students, Saeid and Brayden.
10.01.2022 Playground Upgrade We have big plans to improve the outdoor area of our school. Stage 1 involved clearing the trees and removing the built up dirt. A day of heavy labour!
