21.01.2022 Lovely ride out today on Smudge accompanied by Louise McCormack and her gorgeous gelding... a nice 13km with hills and great views. Thanks for the company this afternoon Louise, I had a lovely time.

17.01.2022 Just may be turning Smudge Pot Square Pants from endurance horse to cow horse :D Having awesome fun with Team Sorting... Today was at Kingsdale Stud at Curlewin and have to say Andrew is a fantastic instructor! Not only do you get to have individual and group instruction and experience, he'll throw in some challenging cattle later in the day ... oh and, Oh My Goodness, the feast put on for lunch! Highly recommend!!! Oh and Andrew will do private individual and group lessons, ...and take club bookings as well as runs these clinics and a Team Sorting competition throughout the year (in conjunction with K Ranch Arena, comps run over the year across the 2 venues). Smudge is doing awesome; becoming quite a handy horse with the cattle work :) Everyone I have met so far related to this sport have been great; welcoming, fun and open to sharing tips. See more

17.01.2022 Well, a great weekend doing some different things with the endurance horses... Gryphon handled the obstacle training with ease, nothing fazes that boy :) ... and then today, Smudge showed his stockhorse side with ears and eyes always on the cattle in a Team Sorting day (first time ever for both horse and rider) - we had the best fun and scored perfect sorts for the whole day, in pairs with 5 to sort and in 3's with 10 to sort - all sorted in order, those breakaways stopped and turned and the right steers sent through the gates every time :) What a great weekend and what great horses :)

15.01.2022 The end of 2017, not a great year for us, bring on the new year and new season :) ...2018 Ride Calendars for each state are currently being slowly filled in as Ride Organisers sort out dates and offerings...particularly looking forward to the new Easter Carnival in Tumut NSW...time for just having fun... 15.01.2022 What a beautiful day for riding! Had a lovely ride on Gryph today accompanied by Louise on her super gelding, Clip. Out and back on Dog Trap Road ... and most of the traffic was great :) Perfect weather and the horses moved along together well.

13.01.2022 Training for Gryph's first 80km ride in 2 weeks time at The Rock... a nice 34km ride out and back on Dog Trap Road from home... and a sight rarely seen but a wonderful sight....Ron out riding :) Thanks for joining me Ron :) We took Gryph and Smudge out and both horses went along wonderfully, some great canter stretches along the way.

09.01.2022 On our way to Wingello for another fun filled weekend with our horses and friends. Lucifer is looking and feeling very fine so it will be a great ride.
