08.01.2022 Time to learn how to plate Emu Arancini with American honey mustard, freshly grated parmesan and mixed micro herbs. 1. Start of with the mustard in a squeezy bottle. dont move too fast to make the swirl but dont move too slow either. nice a steady hand movements 2. Pick the worst spots or joins from the mustard to put arancini. That way the line of the mustard will look more fluent. 3. Grate parmesan into a bowl. Sprinkle it following the line of mustard. hold your hand 15 ...- 20 cm above the plate so it gives the parmesan just enough time to settle and fall naturally 4. Follow the same step as before but with the micro herbs. 5. Take a picture and serve! See more
