24.01.2022 WE LOVE FRIDAYS! We have received another order of cold and frozen products. This includes Cleo bath milk, Margaret River organic milk, cheeses, yoghurts, Kombucha (lemon, raspberry passion and ginger tonic), organic butter, icecreams, and breads. Please see the photos for brands :)

MARINATED ORGANIC LAMB SHANKS... 2kg lamb shanks* 3 carrots - cut into small cubes*... 5 clove garlic* 2tsp BRAGG seasoning* Fresh parsley and thyme 2 red onions cut into 1in cubes* 1/2 cup dry sherry 4 tbsp YBARRA olive oil* 2 red apples, skinned and small cubes (*all purchased from Karrakopia) Optional extras - black olives, cherry tomato and lemon zest Pop all in a large baking tray with lid and bake on 180 for 1.5hrs Sooo good!!! Simply melts in your mouth!!

12.01.2022 Hi all :) we love Fridays!! Why do we love Fridays you might ask??? Because our fridge items have arrived! Due to COYO yoghurt selling out within 6 hours we TRIPLED OUR ORDER and ordered in the MIXED BERRY COYO! We have milks, eggs, icecreams, Kombucha, butter and kefir yoghurt :) Also Lamb chips and mince available in the meat section :)

05.01.2022 For the last two days the staff here at Karrakopia and Maia Chiropractor have been lucky enough to recieve a few treats :) Our friends Lark Pasco and Mel Booth were kind enough to bring in some or there delicous creations! Ingredients such as raw cacao powder, vanilla essence, honey, maca, peanut butter, cacao butter and coconut oil (Plus a few more) were used to make the fudge and superfood nut butter cups....
